Durham University — Planetary Health is fundamental to our understanding of individual human and animal health and the sustainability of our planet. Durham University is committed to advancing and sharing knowledge of the fundamental scientific and social processes that sustain our lives. They do this through world-leading research and education, working alongside partner organisations.
S Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University Singapore is a graduate school and think-tank focusing on strategic studies and security affairs. Within the school, the Centre for Non-Traditional Security Studies examines issues such as climate security, biosecurity, and food security, among others. Planetary health is an emerging programme in the centre that aims to produce academic and policy research to bring together issues of climate, biodiversity, pollution, and health in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
Turtle Up and the Planetary Health Alliance (PHA) share a profound commitment to fostering a healthier planet for future generations through education, research, and community engagement. They are confident that this partnership will strengthen our mutual goals of advancing planetary health, creating vibrant ecosystems, and supporting thriving communities.Through this partnership, they aim to inspire new generations of leaders, researchers, and advocates to prioritize the health of our planet in all aspects of their work.
Oath for Sustainability Network is a youth-led organization promoting transdisciplinary collaborative efforts for planetary action in low-income settings. They advance planetary health by integrating it with their work in community organizing and climate and health research. Their broader aim as members of the planetary health community is to collaborate with field experts for resources sharing and translation of research to practice in our education and advocacy projects.
